Exclusive: I can reveal that the Academy Awards committee will remove actor Will Smith as a member of the Academy Awards tomorrow and demand he hands back his Oscar. Smith's wife Jada Pinckett has narrowly avoided being removed from the Academy but she is expected to make an apology to comedian Chris Rock after it was revealed she laughed when her husband assaulted Rock.
